We’ve been involved in interior design, construction, and real estate investment within the Okanagan for over a decade. Through site visits and in-depth consultations, we devise a strategy to get you the best return on your investment within the short-term rental market possible. We partner with our sister company Wolverine Industries, a reputable contracting firm with an extensive local clientele to complete all work.
Project Management
We walk you through every stage of the design-build and launch process. From obtaining pre-approval from the city on short term licensing requirements and organizing permits, to obtaining occupancy once the build is complete, we have the know-how, resources, and trade relationships to get your property launched and listed swiftly to speed up your ROI .
Staging
What can we say…we love staging! A full consultation is offered with the option of having the shopping and staging completed for you, or the choice of a staging plan to implement yourself.
